血糖資料，例如血糖值、量測時間、註記、情境與照片。

1.2 裝置與使用資料

裝置名稱，以及與登入紀錄相關的必要技術資訊。
App 內的本地設定與偏好，例如 AI 模型選擇、提醒設定、登入狀態與試用狀態。

1.3 可能透過第三方服務處理的資料

當您使用 Apple Sign In 或 Google Sign In 時，對應的身份驗證服務會依其政策處理您的登入資訊。
當您使用 AI 建議功能時，與該功能相關的健康摘要資訊可能會傳送至你設定使用的 AI 服務供應商，例如 OpenAI、Google Gemini 或其他相容服務。
當您使用後端登入流程或登入紀錄功能時，姓名、電子郵件、電話、性別、生日時間戳與裝置名稱可能會傳送到你的後端服務。

2. 我們如何使用資料

提供血壓與血糖記錄、圖表、匯入、匯出與報告功能。
在裝置上儲存您的健康紀錄與相關設定。
處理登入、帳號顯示與登入紀錄。
在您主動使用時，提供 AI 摘要與健康建議功能。
維護服務安全性、偵錯與改善功能品質。

3. 資料儲存方式

您的血壓、血糖與多數設定資料主要儲存在您的裝置本機。
本 App 會使用 iOS 本地儲存機制，例如 App 支援目錄與 UserDefaults，保存紀錄與設定。
若您使用登入紀錄後端或 AI 功能，相關資料會依該功能需求傳送到相應伺服器。

4. 我們何時會分享資料

除下列情況外，我們不會出售您的個人資料或健康資料給廣告商或資料經紀商：

您主動使用登入服務時，資料會交由 Apple 或 Google 處理身份驗證。
您主動使用 AI 建議功能時，必要資料會傳送給您所選擇的 AI 服務供應商。

5. 權限使用說明

相機：用於拍攝血壓計或血糖相關照片，協助建立或匯入紀錄。
照片庫：用於從相簿選取血壓或血糖報告圖片進行匯入。

6. 您的權利與控制方式

您可以在 App 內編輯或刪除血壓、血糖與個人基本資料。
您可以透過 App 匯出資料，或刪除本機資料。
若您曾透過後端登入流程提交帳號資料，可聯絡開發者要求查詢、修正或刪除後端保存的資料。

7. 第三方服務

本 App 可能整合以下第三方服務，實際使用情形取決於您是否啟用相關功能：

If you use Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, those providers process sign-in information under their own policies.
If you use AI recommendation features, related health summary data may be sent to the AI provider you configure, such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or another compatible provider.
If you use backend sign-in or login logging features, your name, email, phone number, gender, birthday timestamp, and device name may be sent to your backend service.

2. How We Use Information

To provide blood pressure and blood glucose records, charts, import, export, and reporting features.
To store your health records and app settings on your device.
To handle sign-in, account display, and login logs.
To provide AI summaries and recommendations when you choose to use those features.
To maintain service security, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.

3. How Data Is Stored

Your blood pressure, blood glucose, and most settings are primarily stored locally on your device.
The app uses iOS local storage mechanisms, including the app support directory and UserDefaults, to store records and preferences.
If you use backend sign-in or AI features, relevant data is transmitted to the corresponding server as required for those features.

4. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data or health data to advertisers or data brokers. We only share data in the following cases:

When you choose to use Apple or Google sign-in for authentication.
When you choose to use AI recommendation features that require external processing.
When you choose to use backend sign-in or login logging flows.

5. Permissions

Camera: Used to capture blood pressure monitor or glucose-related photos for record creation and import.
Photo Library: Used to select report images from your photo library for import.

You can edit or delete blood pressure, blood glucose, and profile information in the app.
You can export your data or remove local data from the app.
If backend account data has been submitted, you may contact the developer to request access, correction, or deletion.
